We do not require you to share sensitive details, we ask that you share only what you are comfortable sharing, and we handle the information you do provide with care. Our content is educational and supportive in nature; it is not therapy, counseling, or medical care.

Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights described below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:
- Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, including certain cookie- or pixel-based advertising.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Other US State Privacy Rights
Residents of states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and others may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data. We honor these rights as required by applicable law.
European Economic Area and United Kingdom
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Users
We are based in the United States and process and store information here. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site links to third-party pages, including our order and opt-in pages hosted by our customer relationship platform. Those services have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. We encourage you to review their policies.
